Maytas Properties enhances customer relationships with Salesforce.com
ConvergenceAsia staff
15/08/2007
Founded in 2005, Maytas
Properties is one of India's leading property developers responsible for
numerous quality real estate projects across the country. The company’s
developments include residential townships and commercial buildings, retail
infrastructure and hotels. It is also involved in the setting up of Special
Economic Zones (SEZs) in India.
Maytas' current projects include an integrated township in Hyderabad. The
township, Hill County, is spread across 85 acres of premier land consisting
of houses and apartments, with plans to incorporate commercial space as well
as units for corporate clients.
With demand for the first 800 residential units of the project increasing,
Maytas' sales staff faced the challenge of managing and processing growing
amounts of customer data efficiently.
There is enormous potential for property development in India with a rapidly
maturing market, and we need to be well-equipped to meet the demands of
discerning customers, said Srinivas Sagi, CIO, Maytas Properties.
Maytas chose Salesforce.com's flagship Sales Force Automation (SFA) after
evaluating CRM solutions from several vendors.
With Salesforce SFA, whenever a customer calls with an inquiry, any previous
communication and real-time data can be accessed with a few clicks. As
demand continues to grow, this allows us to provide more engaging customer
interactions and increase sales staff productivity, said Sagi.
In addition to improving lead conversion rates, Salesforce SFA was fast,
secure and easy to implement. The implementation was completed in nine
weeks.
"Salesforce.com has helped us put an efficient system in place to take care
of our customers and better manage our sales pipeline. We can address the
needs of our customers more effectively, maximise customer satisfaction and
add value to our campaigns.”
In the future, added Sagi, the company may utilise applications from
saleforce.com's AppExchange for expense and lead management to further boost
productivity. |
