SingTel deploys AXIOSS for end-to-end service fulfillment

SingTel has deployed Axiom Systems' AXIOSS Suite to support the design, creation and delivery of business and consumer broadband services, potentially bringing new products to market within days of conceptualisation.

"Our objective is to have a next generation service fulfillment platform, tightly integrated with service assurance, that gives us full visibility of our network resources and infrastructure which can be centrally managed for rapid provisioning of orders," said Tan Kah Rhu, Vice President of Core Engineering at SingTel.

SingTel requires a flexible service fulfillment solution that can scale to meet the demands of growing broadband adoption and the launch of complex packaged services such as multi-play.

It selected IT & communications engineering services provider, NCS Group, and systems integrator, Fastwire to prioritise the rollout of its operational support system solution and identified Axiom Systems' AXIOSS as the platform.

Axiom Systems provides service fulfillment software for telecommunications companies. Its AXIOSS Suite incorporates modules for Order Management, Service Inventory, Service Activation and the Active Catalog for service design, assembly and creation, and provides customers with solutions for new products such as IPTV, VoIP, IP VPNs and multiplay.
