Customer Services awarded StarHub contract

APAC Customer Services,
a provider of customer care services and solutions, has announced that
StarHub, Singapore's second largest info-communication company, has selected
APAC to provide customer care and back office processing services.
As part of the agreement, APAC will provide StarHub with support to
complement its existing Singapore operations. Services will include billing
and technical support, in addition to provisioning for StarHub's wireless,
cable online and cable TV services.

one that also has a solid, proven track record in Asia Pacific," said Diana
Lee, Head of Customer Service for StarHub.
