High-performance
networking company Juniper Networks has recently released “JUNOS for
Dummies”, a practical guide to JUNOS software. This latest “For Dummies”
reference guide provides a practical, fast-track approach to learning and
using JUNOS software to manage high-performance networks with Juniper
Networks routers, switches, security appliances and other network
components.
JUNOS software enables businesses to deploy switching, routing and security
infrastructure with the power of a single network operating system. “JUNOS
for Dummies” teaches administrators how to use JUNOS features and provides
guidance for choosing the right hardware. It also teaches readers how to
easily set up and connect, configure, manage, and troubleshoot a variety of
Juniper appliances and routers of all sizes.
With JUNOS software and this friendly instructional book, “our goal is to
help network and security administrators ensure a fast, reliable, and secure
converged network that supports rapid growth, while reducing operational
cost, complexity and risk,” said Scott Edwards, director, Education Services
at Juniper Networks.
Published by John Wiley & Sons, “JUNOS for Dummies” is available worldwide
wherever technical books are sold. For more information or to read a sample
