Netgear, a worldwide provider of networking solutions, has opened its third service centre in Singapore. Netgear has partnered with its distributor, Kaira Technologies, to launch the new service centre at IT mall, Sim Lim Square.

Demand for consistent high-speed Internet connectivity throughout the entire home compels networking providers to engineer products that are not only fast and reliable, but also simple to install for the average consumer, said Ben Chua, regional country manager, Netgear.

"While Netgear continues to deliver on that promise, we also want to ensure that our relationship with our customers carries on beyond the point of purchase, and this is where our service centres and hubs come in.”

Netgear has a service centre at Kaira Technologies’ office at Paya Lebar Road, while its flagship service centre continues to operate at Funan DigataLife Mall. The new service centre at Sim Lim will offer assistance for the company’s entire range of small and medium business and home networking solutions.
