Tandberg Data signs Avnet to broaden market base in APAC

Tandberg Data, the global supplier of data protection solutions, has announced the signing of a new distributor agreement with Avnet Technology Solutions, the IT solutions distribution leader and operating group of Avnet. Under the terms of the agreement, Avnet will supply the full range of data protection solutions from Tandberg Data to the Thai market through Avnet’s extensive channel network.

This partnership gives Avnet customers in Thailand access to Tandberg Data’s reliable data protection solutions that include LTO and DAT tape drives, tape automation, RDX removable disk and network-attached disk appliances with AccuGuard deduplication software.
