Orange Business
Services has launched a comprehensive global Cisco TelePresence service,
based on the Cisco platform.
Cisco TelePresence is an innovative, realistic virtual meeting solution. It
creates unique, “in-person” experiences allowing real-time, face-to-face
communication over a converged IP network.
Customers can also better scale scarce resources and reduce their travel
which has a dramatic impact in reducing business costs, as well as their
carbon footprint in an environmentally-conscious world.
Orange Business Services’ comprehensive service includes the following:
- professional services: consultancy, design, & project management;
- deployment services: equipment resale, logistics, & installation;
- incident & problem management: via an Orange global 24/7/365 service desk;
- operational support services;
- optional enhanced service management: including proactive incident
detection; remote maintenance; change, release & inventory management and
reporting (powered by Cisco's Select Operate Service); and
- optimised network service: takes advantage of Orange Business Services’
world-class network capability and offers Cisco-certified IP VPN for
TelePresence with SLAs.
