Check Point appoints Netpoleon as distributor for Singapore

Netpoleon Solutions has been appointed the official distributor for Check Point Software Technologies' security solutions in Singapore.

Headquartered in Singapore, Netpoleon Solutions is a regional value-added distributor (VAD)
in the network and security arena, which has the experience of partnering with various major leading technology manufacturers, to provide channel partners with best of breed products and solutions.

The agreement was signed on 24 June this year and has taken effect from 1 August 2008.

Check Point empowers Netpoleon with a suite of technically superior security solutions. This creates a synergy with our own existing security product offerings which enables us to provide "best-of-breed" solutions to our channel partners, said Francis Goh, Managing Director, Netpoleon Solutions.

With this new appointment, Netpoleon Solutions will be distributing Check Point's full range of products.

"Resellers can be assured of better service, and customers of guaranteed support based on the good track records of Netpoleon for the last 8 years of supporting resellers and customers in Singapore," said Itzhak Weinreb, Vice President of Sales for Asia Pacific and Japan at Check Point.
