Computer peripherals
company Brother International has unleashed a flurry of colour laser
standalone printers and Multi-Function Centres (MFCs) to meet the increasing
printing demands of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the Asia
Pacific region.
The latest lineup of colour laser printers and MFCs is loaded with features
to help SMBs address major concerns such as security, cost of initial
purchase and long-term operating costs.
The company's latest colour laser printers, HL-4040CN and HL-4050CDN, and
colour laser MFCs, DCP-9040CN, MFC-9440CN and MFC-9840CDW, feature print
speed of up to 20ppm for A4 and 21ppm for letter for monochrome and colour
printing, and colour print resolution of up to 2,400 x 600dpi.
All of Brother's new printers come with Lock Colour Usage feature, which
gives corporate administrators the ability to restrict colour print usage by
user. Each printer also has a built-in Ethernet network connectivity
standard, in addition to a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface. Business users can
now print documents and images directly from USB media devices from the
built-in USB interface at the front of the printers.
The HL-4040CN and HL-4050CDN are priced at S$728 and S$828 respectively, but
pricing for DCP-9040CN, MFC-9440CN and MFC-9840CDW are not available. All
models are available through Brother International Singapore authorised
distributors (C20 and Ingram Micro) and resellers. |
