Canon and ParaDM announce partnership

Following a successful partnership in Hong Kong and Taiwan, Canon and document management solutions provider ParaDM have announced that they are extending their partnership to Singapore.

As part of this announcement, ParaDM’s integrated document and workflow management solution will be available to Canon’s corporate clients in Singapore who require an effective and flexible document management solution to compliment their Canon digital office multi-function devices (MFDs).

The Canon ParaDM integrated document and workflow management solution enables companies to break through the limitations of traditional document management solutions with the following enhancements:
- Simplified procedures
- Streamlined workflows
- Improved functions of the system's workflow tasks
- Shared experience and knowledge
- Increased security to document level
- Reduce office costs

“The competitive advantages of our document and workflow management solutions are flexibility and scalability. We provide solutions for our client’s unique business needs and operations in order to ensure our clients obtain maximum benefits,” said Timothy Lai, Chairman of ParaDM. “Client may start from one single department as a pilot case, and then expand the solution as needed.”

ParaDM, which has business and partners in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan and Korea, has been working with Canon for over three years.

The launch of the partnership in Singapore is the first step of the two companies in Southeast Asia. Canon and ParaDM are planning to extend it to other countries in the region in 2008.
