New services for HP Service Manager 7.0

HP has announced new consulting, training and enhanced assessment services to help IT organisations effectively implement HP Service Manager 7.0 software. The services include industry-standard best practices to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk by delivering quality IT projects on time and on budget.

HP Service Manager 7.0 software and HP’s new services help customers improve IT operational efficiency by automating business service tracking and management and providing education and best practices for implementing the software effectively.

New services include the HP Blueprint for Service Manager 7.0, HP Service Manager 7.0 software training courses, and enhanced IT Service Management (ITSM) Assessment Services that incorporate IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 updates.

The new services are part of the HP Service Management Framework, which incorporates industry standards and best practices that enhance the way people, processes and technology can drive business success.
